Terms and Conditions are subject to change so please read carefully before each order.

Payment will be taken securely either by PAYPAL or major Credit/Debit Cards.

Items out of stock will be refunded as we do not offer a back order service.

Service:

Gifts for Musicians values its customers and aims to provide excellent service. Subject to our receiving your order and cleared payment, and items being in stock, we will dispatch items and associated paperwork to the requested address. If for any reason goods cannot be supplied we undertake to contact the buyer as soon as possible to advise of any delay or cancellation and offer a refund as appropriate or if required, to agree an extension to timescales.

We endeavour to give a good representation of goods on offer in the images provided on the website. However, the limitations of technology may mean that colours cannot be reproduced exactly on images used.

The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion. Such cancellations and refusals will be advised to prospective buyers either verbally, by email or in writing and any payments made in respect of the order will be refunded.

Delivery/Non-Delivery:

With effect from January 2013 we will only post to UK and Northern Ireland address (Any address with a postcode). Delivery of ordered and available goods will be arranged to the dispatch address as detailed by the Buyer. When your order has been processed, an email will be sent to the Buyer advising of dispatch. Generally the method of delivery used will be by way of the Royal Mail Recorded 2nd Class service and delivery timescales mentioned must be considered approximate and we are not responsible in any way for delays which may occur.  Delivery costs are as detailed on the checkout web page of your order.

If you have received our confirmation that your order has been dispatched, but do not receive delivery within 14 days, it is possible your items have been lost in transit. Please contact us (details below) without delay so that we may investigate the matter for you.

Returns:

Please email us using the contacts page within 3 days if your purchase has arrived damaged or faulty and we will be happy to replace or refund in full, just return the product within 14 days and in original packaging, we will also refund your postage cost to return if items are damaged upon receipt, customers must provide proof of receipt of postage cost to obtain refund.

Complaints Procedure:

We hope you will be very satisfied with any goods purchased from us. However, should you have any cause for complaint, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we may explore how we can resolve the situation for you without delay.

Information we hold about you is:

None of this information is accessible from the Internet. To fulfill your order it may be necessary to pass on your name and address details to our appointed carriers (currently Royal Mail), otherwise we will not share or pass on any details we hold about you to any other third party unless legally required to do so.

The information is used:

  • to contact you in reference to an order

  • to despatch your order

  • to occasionally email you with details of any products or promotions we think you may be interested in.

 

Emails are only sent in relation to an order or email query and to those who have specifically chosen to be added to our mailing list. If you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please send an email to shop@giftsformusicians.co.uk with Unsubscribe in the subject line. 

Cancellation Policy 

We will reimburse all payments received from you for the goods purchased no later than 7 days from the day on which we received the above communication. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. 

  

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning these goods. You may be liable if the value of the goods returned diminishes due to the handling of the goods (except when it was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods).

Exception to the right of Cancellation

The delivery of products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons if unsealed by you after delivery, or which are, after delivery, inseparately mixed with other items; ie Earrings.
